Do you serve facilities outside Lakeland, MN?
Yes. We serve commercial facilities within 25 miles of Lakeland. That includes Afton, Bayport, Stillwater, Oak Park Heights, Woodbury, Lake Saint Croix Beach, Lakeland Shores, and Saint Marys Point. We do not quote jobs outside this radius because we cannot staff them reliably at the quality level we commit to in writing.
How quickly can you start?
Typically 1–2 weeks from signed scope to first clean. The timeline covers the site walkthrough, written scope preparation, your review, crew assignment, and a brief orientation walk before the first visit. We do not skip steps to start faster — the orientation walk is specifically to prevent the first clean from being a discovery exercise at your expense.
Do you supply cleaning products and paper goods?
We can supply consumables — paper towels, toilet paper, soap, liners — or clean with supplies you provide. If we supply, the cost is disclosed separately and without hidden markup on the written quote. If you supply, we inventory what is on hand at each visit and flag when stock is low. We confirm the arrangement before the first visit.
What happens if something is missed or damaged?
Call (866) 958-8773 or email ops@thequotemasters.com. For active program clients, issues reported by 3pm are acknowledged the same business day. Missed tasks are addressed at the next scheduled visit or sooner. Damage is handled through our general liability insurance — a certificate is included with every written quote. We do not debate liability claims from clients for damage that occurred during our service period.
Will the same crew come every time?
Yes. Consistent crew assignment is part of our standard contract. The same team returns to your facility each visit. If a crew member leaves, we notify you before the replacement's first visit and conduct an orientation walk with the new crew member before they work unsupervised.
Do you work on weekends?
Cleaning crews work evenings and weekends as needed by the program schedule — nightly service, for example, operates Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday depending on your facility calendar. Our office staff are available Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm. Floor stripping and waxing is often scheduled for weekends specifically to avoid disrupting operations during the week.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations, janitorial bonding, and workers' compensation. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote. See our

Do you clean residential properties?
No. We clean commercial facilities only — offices, schools, municipal buildings, light industrial offices, and multi-tenant commercial spaces. We do not clean homes, apartments, or residential properties of any kind. Our insurance, bonding, and crew training are specific to commercial work.
What is the minimum contract length?
We quote on a per-program basis and discuss contract terms during the quote process. Initial programs typically run 90 days minimum to cover the ramp-up, the 30-day check-in, and enough time to evaluate the program properly. Shorter-term arrangements for floor care or one-time deep clean projects are available for existing clients. Ask when you request your quote.
What areas do you not clean?
Server rooms, hazardous material areas, and any space that requires specialized certifications beyond standard commercial cleaning are excluded unless specifically arranged. We note exclusions in the written scope document so there is no ambiguity about what is and is not covered.
